I'm ecstatic!  Watching Practical Magic (you gotta love Sandra Bullock!) inspired me to begin to redesign December, my Harry Potter OC.  Boy, am I having a blast!    She's developed so much!

Her original storyline:  (which I find to be a bit Mary-Sue....)
Parents killed by Voldemort when she was younger as she had this dark entity that he wanted.  Her eyes changed color to her emotions, and if she stayed angry for too long she became this dark, violent, parselmouth villain.  She was always very shy and lived with the Malfoys, always hanging around with Draco.  Was seeker on the Slytherin Quidditch team.  Was also the niece of Remus Lupin.  (This is actually a personal touch added because of a dream I had where he was my uncle, so I've felt very close to him ever since. )

  Why?!  This is... BLARGH.

Her new storyline:
Daughter of pureblood Mostyn Black (looks more like a Malfoy, though, with pale blonde hair and pale eyes) and muggle-born Christabel Norgan, who was a very intelligent witch and became good friends with Amos Diggory and Remus Lupin through hanging out in the library during her Hogwarts years.  (She always intended her child to be influenced by these men)  While December was staying with her father's side of the family (she frequently stayed at the Malfoy's home) as a baby, Mostyn went berserk after being heavily influenced by Voldemort.  He lost all respect for his muggle-born wife and brutally murdered her, thus being sent to Azkaban.  December was to continue to live with the Malfoys, but they allowed Amos to take her for a bit of the summer.  She developed a close bond with his son, Cedric, the two becoming very close friends.  She was always a very quiet child and had a tough time opening up to others.  However, she was very energetic and bubbly around Cedric.  The same was when she started Hogwarts.  Even though she was sorted into Slytherin and frequently hung around Draco, she spent as much time as possible with Cedric.  She soon developed a crush on Cedric, and her bond with him became even more important.  The friends always kept in touch over summer holidays, and she loved her time spent at his home.  In her third year she started to open up to others and Lupin finally found her.  She decided to call him "Uncle" and loved to discuss the creatures he often brought in for class.  In her fourth year she was an intense Cedric cheerleader.  She attended the Yule Ball with a fellow Slytherin, even though she only saw Cedric.  She was destroyed at his death and sent to Remus for the summer.  The Malfoys were unsure that they could keep the girl stable as she could no longer send owls to her love and best friend.  Returning for her fifth year, her black hair was shorter and choppier and she had bags under her eyes.  She suffered from heavy depression, terrible nightmares, and the need for companionship that Cedric was no longer there to fill.  All in all, it was a terrible year for her.  Cemby's sixth year was a bit better.  She was still incredibly fragile and lost whatever openness she had.  In one of her classes with the Gryffindors, she met Seamus and the friendship clicked immediately.  He and Remus encouraged her to become the Slytherin seeker.  In her seventh year, she and Seamus fell in love and began dating.    She did fight in the War, seeing her father who had broken out of Azkaban.  The two family members fought each other, not knowing who the other was, until Mostyn finally saw the resemblance to his Christabel.  He lost his marbles again and December killed him out of defense, never knowing he was her father.  December was hit extremely hard by the death of her uncle Remus and almost fell back into depression.  Seamus kept her strong and the two would end up getting married later and having four children:
